Andrew Pollard is director and senior partner of EMP Intelligence Service and one of the most experienced CI consultants in competitor intelligence in Europe. His main areas of expertise lie in setting up practical competitor intelligence systems and in integrating competitor intelligence into the strategy of a business.

He also has vast experience in designing and running practical successful workshops in competitor intelligence and well over 6,000 managers have attended his workshops.

He has made presentations at many conferences on competitive intelligence and he has written a number of articles for the world's No 1 journal in competitor intelligence Competitive Intelligence Review.

His is also the author of a pathbreaking book on Competitor Intelligence (Financial Times/Pitman), numerous articles and two university courses which include competitive intelligence.
